Peculiarities of adaptation of students from DPR, LPR and the eastern territories of the Ukraine within the Russian system of professional education

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of socio-cultural, linguistic, psychological and pedagogical adaptation of students from the DPR, LPR and eastern regions of Ukraine. The authors examine the existing scientific and methodological developments on this issue, emphasizing that this category of adolescents is more in need of psychological counseling. Psychological adaptation is considered by researchers as a complex process involving not only youth directly, but also their families (legal representatives), teachers and other social environment. The article emphasizes that when working with adolescents from these regions, it is necessary to take into account their previous life experience associated with temporary stay in the war zone. The authors conclude that the plasticity of the youth psyche, a properly structured strategy of psychological counseling, as well as the creation of favorable conditions in the professional educational environment contribute to the rapid adaptation of students and their integration into the system of Russian society.
