Diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in patients with HIV infection is a global problem, since there is an increase in the prevalence of HIV infection in many countries of the world, complicating the fight against tuberculosis. The standard regimen of antibacterial therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in HIV - infected patients is not effective enough abacylation by bacterioscopy after 3-4 months from the start of antibacterial therapy occurred in 6 (14.6%) patients. Progression of the process was detected in 2 (4 9%) patients and fatal outcome in 9 (22%) patients. Low efficacy is associated with severe immunodeficiency in patients with HIV infection, the development of other opportunistic diseases, the presence of multiple organ damage and frequent violation of the regime among this category of patients.
