Features of beta and gamma radiation of radioactive isotopes in ore-containing and containing rocks on the example of Albyn gold ore deposit

The activity of beta-emitting isotopes 40K, 137Cs and 90Sr and gamma-emitting isotopes 40K, 137Cs, 222Rn, 224Ra, 226Ra, 228Ra, 232Th and 228Th were measured in samples of ore-bearing and host rocks of the Albyn gold deposit of the Amur region. It has been shown that the average specific activity of beta and gamma-emitting isotopes in the host rock is higher than in the ore.
