Features of matrimonial relations of the Tartars in XVI - XVIII centuries

The Annexation of the Middle Volga to the Moscow state closely tied to the population of the region with the Russian people. Since then, the peoples of the Middle Volga region involved in the basic spheres of life of a unified Russian state. In this study, the peculiarities of family relations of the Tatars, namely: conditions of marriage and different ways of its conclusion. In the study of family relationships lies the key to the understanding of socio-political organization of society, characteristic of the legal consciousness of the citizen. Consideration of the matter identified by the authors chronologically - (XVI - XVIII C.), since the annexation of the Middle Volga region for the Russian state.
