Spesific character of traffic police inspectors’ actions to stop and record (fix) the offenses committed by the officials performing certain state functions

The article makes an attempt to define the specific features of bringing to administrative responsibility and special conditions of applying the measures on administrative offenses against public officials performing certain state functions on the basis of the analysis of the Russian legislation.
