Peculiarities of ATS actions during the conduct of unconventional public events

The article discusses the problem of the peculiarities of the actions of the Internal Affairs Directorate during the conduct of uncoordinated public events. Legislation does not sufficiently detail the ability of the police to conduct public events. Mass public events are characterized by specific features that need to be taken into account in the development of ATS countermeasures.
