Features of the demographic component of the reproduction of labor resources in the regional economy

The article considers the indicators that characterize the demographic factors of reproduction of labor resources in the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation. Various approaches and methods of assessing the state of the demographic situation are analyzed. The author investigates the peculiarities of the influence of the demographic situation in the Russian Federation and its regions on the processes of formation and use of labor resources. The dynamics of birth and death rates, including the total fertility rate, as well as the number of births and deaths are studied. The article considers the trend of changes in life expectancy, including taking into account the gender principle. The factors of influencing the processes of birth rate and mortality of the population, as well as the features of their impact on the reproduction of labor resources in the regional economy, are investigated. The article analyzes not only the direct indicators and their dynamics, but also attempts to determine the reasons that form the current trends in the field of efficiency of reproduction and use of the labor potential of the economy of regions in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the features of the reproduction of labor resources in different regions, as well as the specifics of their impact on the situation in the Russian Federation as a whole.
