Improving retail credit services is based on the use of new innovative forms of credit operations. Increasing competition leads credit organizations to improve credit technologies, develop and introduce innovative products in order to remain competitive in the market. Therefore, elements of diversification of bank credit retail services were highlighted and considered. The article notes that banking retail technologies are not only the «external cover» of the bank, but are also a very important criterion in assessing the quality of its work and ensuring the stability of operation.
