The logistics system diversification features of livestock enterprises

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the development of the logisticssystem of an animal husbandry enterprise. The main problems of the functioningof the existing logistics system are indicated. A mechanism for the integrateddevelopment of the logistics system of an animal husbandry enterprise on thebasis of its diversification is proposed. The need for diversification through theacquisition of mobile slaughterhouse and its integration into the logistics systemof the livestock enterprise is proved.
