Peculiarities of documenting by police officers administrative offenses associated with illegal traffic of drug precursors and psychotropic substances

Introduction: the article is devoted to study of problematic issues related to the organization of practical work in documenting administrative offenses in the sphere of trafficking drug precursors and psychotropic substances, as well as plants and parts of plants containing them, authorized in this sphere of activity of police officers. Materials and Methods: the materials of the study were legal acts regulating the issues of countering the illicit trafficking of drug precursors. When preparing a scientific article, formal legal and systemic and structural research methods were mainly used. Results of the Study: generalization of the experience of law enforcement activities of authorized officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia made it possible to identify common problems arising in the preparation of appropriate protocols on administrative offenses, and provide a list of procedural documents necessary for compiling substantiated material on such an administrative case, indicating specific requirements for their execution. Findings and Conclusions: the conclusion is substantiated that it is necessary to ensure unitary application of administrative legislation and complete, substantiated documentation of the offenses under consideration under article 6.16.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
