Interrogations experts in court

Purpose: Analysis of the provisions of the legislation and the jurisprudence governing the interrogation and an expert in criminal proceedings before a court, in order to identify the existing problems of law enforcement and developing ways to resolve them. Methodology: Were dialectic-materialistic method and formal legal methods. Results: The article examines various aspects of interrogation expert at trial; identified issues raised by stakeholders regarding the application of the law governing interrogation expert in court. Proposed methods of interrogation expert optimization tactics to facilitate a uniform approach to the content of the part of the judicial investigation. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, because it contains a comprehensive analysis of the changes of law and judicial practices relating to the questioning of an expert in criminal proceedings; of interest to defence counsel in developing the optimum tactics of interrogation expert.
