Annotation. It is revealed the peculiarity of sympathetic reaction of mitochondrions' respiratory chain in different rat's organ on physical exercise, hypoxia's hypoxia and metabolic acidosis. It is displayed that exogenous succinate is able to raise the working capacity, reducing the symptoms of working hypoxia and after-physical exercise's acidosis.
