Features of financing infrastructure projects

The article discusses the main aspects of financing infrastructure projects, especially relevant during the implementation of large-scale national programs. The authors focus on the possible effects of the introduction of the Seebeck effect technology in the construction of highways. To achieve the objectives of the study, the physical foundations of thermoelectric phenomena are considered on the example of the Seebeck effect. An overview of the key concepts and terms used in the study of thermoelectric phenomena is given, as well as brief historical information about the appearance of the Seebeck effect. The analysis of the device and the principle of operation of the thermoelectric converter is carried out. The authors give a generalized description of the costs of installing and using this technology, and also consider the possibility of an economic effect. In the course of the calculations, the authors come to the conclusion that the application of the Seebeck effect technology in the road industry may have exponential growth in the future.
