In the article investigated structure and specific financial mechanism of clustered development of energy efficient project in the region Mordovia as priority of strategic directions of science Russia. The author analyses of financing and used budget, subsiding, legal framework of cluster Energy efficient lighting and intellectual system of control lighting.
