Features of a financial procedure for granting of the state services for increase of their quality

In article process of financing of the state services is explained and methodical bases of increase ofproductivity of their financing are given. Fundamental difference of the new mechanism offinancial security of public institutions from budget approach is noted and features of a financial procedure for granting of the state services in the Russian Federation are distinguished. Explanations of the fact that increase of productivity offinancing of the state services promotes increase of their quality of granting are given.
