Resume: The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of the financial condition of construction enterprises operating in the Russian Federation. The article discusses the financial features and trends of companies in the construction industry, as well as the state of this industry in general. The factors that constrain the production development of companies and the existing problems of work in this area are identified.
