Features of formation and economic use the water resources of Magadan oblast

In article characteristics of dominant factors of formation as surface, and underground waters in Magadan oblast, climate and features of distribution the long-term - frozen soils are given. For the first time it is shown that these factors are shown differently in Circumarctic and Circumpacific run-off areas that defines distinctions in quantitative and qualitative indicators of natural waters resources. Common expected operational stocks are 14,25 km3/year, from them it is used no more than 0,1%. Among the underground the thermal and cold balneal waters are revealed. Use of cold balneal waters for manufacture of drinks, medical table waters is possible. For the first time the attention to soft waters of the region, as to perspective goods for export is paid. Complex of the scientific tasks bound to economic use of water resources is designated.
