Features of the formation and content of policy at the regional level in Russia on the example of Sevastopol

The article deals with the current state of investment policy of the Russian Federation on the example of Sevastopol. The content of certain structural elements of the regional investment policy and the peculiarities of its formation due to the specifics of the regional economy development are revealed. The concept of the priority project of the city of Sevastopol and its role in the socio-economic development of Sevastopol are also considered.
