Features of formation of personnel of the district bodies of soviet power in Siberia (1925-1930)

The author of the article attempts to determine peculiarities of personnel formation of the organs of Soviet power operating in the period 1925-1930, on the territory of the Siberian territory. Considered their activities aimed at the recovery of the economy, the economy, education and culture.
