Features of formation of cluster-network models of post-industrial economy in the regions of Russia

In a post-industrial economy the formation of cluster-network models involves inter-territorial integration. One of the barriers to such processes is uneven socio-economic development of Russian regions. In this regard, the author constructed a typology of regions on the basis of "innovation potential". This typology has allowed to compare the regions with high innovation potential to the regions with clusters in their territories, and to propose the main directions of the regional development strategy and inter-regional cooperation.
