Road patrol officers of the state traffic safety inspectorate under conditions of provocative behavior of road users: peculiarities in communicative competencies

The article discusses the main components of communicative competencies. The data of the questionnaire survey of the traffic police officers are given. Situations of provocations of traffic police officers are considered. The typology of bloggers “provocateurs” is revealed.
