The article considers a number of features of management methods of non-aviation activities of Pobeda Airlines, which let the company occupy a leading position on the Russian passenger air transportation market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the ongoing set of measures for the development and improvement of non-aviation activities of Pobeda Airlines LLC.
