Features of the formation of the consolidated budget of the region in a crisis

Within the framework of the article it is noted that the budgets of the regions act as a fundamental mechanism for the accumulation and distribution of funds of the territory. At the expense of budgetary funds, the processes of structural restructuring of the economy of the subject are taking place, import-substituting technologies are developing. Based on the analysis of the formation of the revenue side of the consolidated budget of the Stavropol Territory, it was concluded that despite the difficult economic situation, in the past “sanctions years”, there was an increase in almost all key income items in the region, and it became possible to reduce the budget deficit. The conclusion is made about the need for further implementation of a balanced budget policy, creation of economic conditions for business development. Due to the development of the territory’s infrastructure, growth points should be created that will significantly increase the revenue side of the consolidated budget in the future.
