Features of formation of corporate sector in Russia and China

In recent years, issues are actively discussed concerning economic relations arisingbetween Russia and China. This is not surprising, as these countries are the countrieswith the Eurasian economies; therefore, they have common features of institutionalarrangements. This also applies to the institution of property. Therefore in this articlewe consider the formation of the corporate sector of the economy of Russia and China.The paper carries out the analysis of the reforms that have been undertaken in thesecountries to move away from traditional state-owned enterprises to enterprises withthe presence of private capital. It pays special attention to compare the state-ownedenterprises and enterprises with 100% state participation in the Chinese economy.
