Features of the formation of multi-purpose teams in corporate structures

The article defines that a team is one of the internal formations of a large corporation, as a rule, created for the introduction of new technologies and innovative projects. It is noted that the parameters of the psychological climate in the work of the team are indicated by a set of socio-psychological properties that manifest themselves not only during its creation and development, but are based on the direction of forms and methods of mutual workflow. In our work, we emphasized that the personal qualities of each team member, their “soft and hard skills”, as well as their correct and timely application are of great importance in the quality work of the team. The basis of organizational and work processes in the activities of a corporate team is interaction, developed communications, purposefulness of group efforts within the framework of set goals, as well as methods and forms of influence on the consciousness of each team member in order to effectively combine the individual activity of each into a single whole to achieve the planned result. Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision; the ability to direct individual achievements towards organizational goals. It is a fuel that allows ordinary people to achieve unusual results. The main reason for the success and productivity of the team is that the team has the widest range of tools to achieve efficiency, unlike one person.
