To the Modern Concept Framework of the Construction and Technical Expertise Formation in Modern Conditions

The article examines the genesis and content of the concept frame-work of the forensic construction and technical expertise (CTE), the conditions and trends of the concept framework formation, the general scientific foundations and principles of the development the current terminology and terminological system of CTE. The content of general and sectoral concepts “term”, “terminology”, “termi-nology system” is disclosed in relation to judicial construction and technical exper-tise. The current problems are indicated and the analysis of the problems connected with the industrial forensic terminology development is carried out. Practical exam-ples of incorrect definitions of special forensic terms that require proper scientific justification and clarification of the normative definition are given. The author con-siders some options for solving the problems of judicial branch construction termi-nology in relation to the laws of terminology. In particular, scientifically based changes to the content of the state standard RNS 59529-2021 “Judicial construction and technical expertise. Terms and definitions» are proposed. In addition, the au-thor’s definitions of system-forming expert concepts in the field of cause and effect relations are proposed.
