The article generalizes factors that influence the strategy of the managing of the value of holding company business and its separate structural divisions. The essence of the maximization strategy of the value of the business has been analyzed. A research work on the peculiarities of designing the strategy for the managing of the value of business has been carried out from the point of the investment management. The role of innovations in the realization of the strategy of the managing of the value of holding company business has been examined.
