Features of functioning of system of compulsory medical insurance: regional aspect

The article touches upon financial and organizational problems of health care and compulsory medical insurance. The author defines the main sources of financing of the medical organizations. The author also analyses the current state of the budget of the compulsory health insurance of the territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance of Perm Krai and reveals the dependence of functioning of the medical organizations on funding of the system of compulsory medical insurance. The author gives recommendations for the solution of the financial problems, which were revealed during the research.
