The article reveals the capabilities of the strategic planning system of resourceefficiency, its goals and objectives. The importance of providing threshold values ofeconomic security of the organization is proved. The paper defines the relationshipand necessary interaction of the elements of the strategic planning system. The targetorientation of elements of strategic planning systems is formulated and the need toachieve the level of economic security of the organization is confirmed.
