The features of sulfotransferase's 1 (SULT1) gene frequencies distribution, cytochrome (CYP1A1), tumor necrosis factor (TNFa) and endothelial NO-synthase (NOS3) in children under exposure to benz(a)pyrene have been analyzed. The higher prevalence of frequencies of heterozygote variants, minor alleles of sulfotransferase genes, tumor necrosis factor and endothelial NO-synthase, as well as their association with contamination of the biological media with chemical mutagens and specific immunological response to the hapten have been detected.
