Features of state control (supervision) in the field of entrepreneurial activity on the example of the countries of the European Union and the USA

The article examines the current problems of state control (supervision) in the field of entrepreneurial activity using the example of the European Union and the United States. The analysis of judicial practice is carried out, key problems are identified and solutions are proposed, taking into account foreign experience. Special attention is paid to mechanisms for protecting the rights of entrepreneurs, alternative dispute resolution methods and trends in the development of control and supervisory activities in modern conditions.
