Features of civil regulation of mechanisms of protection of the rights of the child in Cyprus

In article factors which play an important role in formation of aggression of the child on the basis of behavior with which the parent treats him are considered. Characteristics of mechanisms of protection of children in Cyprus are analysed. Elements of civil regulation are revealed and practical recommendations about elimination of this legislative gap are proved.
