Features and current problems of continuous professional education in civil aviation: management aspect

The paper reveals the specifics of aviation education and the system of continuing professional education (CPE), focused on training, professional development and retraining of civil aviation specialists. Organizational and managerial features of CPE, as well as its topical issues are highlighted. The methodological preconditions for the formation of a quality management system in the educational organizations included in CPE, as well as methodological approach to the use of monitoring tools in the quality ofpredictive analytical tool are formulated.
