Features and factors of development of the system fintech

The article is devoted to the review of certain factors and features of the modern financial technology industry (fintech). It is concluded that the development of this industry is generally determined by such interdependent factors as personnel, capital, demand and regulation. One of the features of the fintech industry is the growing competition between technology companies and traditional financial institutions. The prospects for the development of fintech are determined by an active state policy in the field of digital economy development, human resources, information security, and the creation of platforms for innovation at the national and global levels.
