Features and forms of social partnership on state civil service in the contemporary rale-of-law state's space

The article is devoted to the institution of partnership on state civil service. The author attempts to comprehend the opportunities and prospective of partnership on state civil service, to fill the gaps, existing in this institution of service legislation, on the basis of usage of the norms of labour legislation, particularly, the author proposes a definition of key notion of partnership on state civil service.
