Features and the main problems of reforming of local self government in Russia at the present state

A local government phenomenon is analyzed, on the basis of the research conducted by the author the basic features and problems of reforming of Local government in Russia are defined now. Some aspects of interaction of local government and the state are opened, the basic directions of increase of efficiency of realization of local government in territory of Russia are defined. Results of the given analysis are included in working out of effective model of the organization and local government functioning in the Russian Federation investigated by the author.
