Features and problems of legal regulation of customs examination

For the purpose of clarification of the questions arising at Commission by customs authorities of customs operations and (or) carrying out customs control when special and (or) scientific knowledge is required customs examination is carried out. Despite the fact that the procedure of customs examination is set out in the regulatory legal acts in sufficient detail, there are gaps and lack of understanding of certain terms and actions. The article deals with the problems arising both in the appointment of expertise by the customs authority and in the decision-making, classification of offences under the administrative Code.
