Peculiarities and problems of development of small and medium-sized business of Russia in current conditions

The article analyzes the current conditions of the Russian market for SME development. The main fundamental factors that either contribute to the growth of entrepreneurship or hamper its development are listed. The key instruments of the state have been identified in the framework of SME support. In conclusion, an assessment is given of the future vector of development of Russian private enterprise.
