Features and composition of the political elite of the Khabarovsk territory

Basing upon the empirical research the article examines public opinion on dominant social groups of the Khabarovsk Territory. The author shows that the most important elite group in the province is the political elite grouping around the governor. However, the survey data show that the regional elites today are experiencing serious difficulties.
