Features and conditions for improving professional training of cadets of higher educational institutions of MIA of Russia

In the article authors describe key areas of formation of professional competence of cadets of higher educational institutions of MIA of Russia. Interdependence of various kinds of cadet’s professional training in formation of professionally important qualities has established. The need of implementation of functional and integrative approaches in order to enhance effectiveness of the process of professional training of cadets of higher educational institutions of MIA of Russia has substantiated.
