The features of innovative-educational complex: domestic and foreign experience

The article is shown the main features and characteristics of innovative-educational complex in Russia and foreign countries. Characteristic of innovative-educational complex, scientific-research and design - experimental works, advanced model of innovation process is provided. While study the method of comparative analysis was applied, taking into account the experience and performances of foreign countries. The authors are analyzed features of the innovation process model. The main areas of creating of the innovation system were studied and distinguished, the necessity of its improvement was established. Having discovered the incompletes of contemporary innovativeeducational complex, the authors are formulated proposals for creating of a modern system of selection of technologies, development of scientific-technical management.
