This article is devoted to the problem of managing the innovative development of a modern organization. It is noted that the purpose of managing the innovative development of the company is the formation of effective models, methods and management tools that contribute to the achievement of innovative goals. It is determined that organizational and managerial innovations in the process of their implementation can provoke resistance from the employees of the organization and thereby lead to innovative conflicts. It is established that the corporate culture, which allows to direct and correct the behavior of employees of the organization, is one of the main ways to prevent innovative conflict situations in the enterprise.
