Features of the institute of bankruptcy in Russia and abroad

The article substantiates the exceptional role of the institution of bankruptcy in the development of the modern economy. A feature of bankruptcy in the Russian Federation is the tough attitude of the state towards a person declared bankrupt and not interested in its further development. The institutions of bankruptcy in Russia and abroad are considered. The distinctive features of bankruptcy procedures in each of the countries are given. Measures for managing economic processes are proposed.
