Features of integrated structures in agriculture

In this scientific article the peculiarities of integrated structures in the agro-industrial complex of Russia are considered. The theoretical essence of agrointegration is investigated, its basic idea, and also reasons of its creation and kinds are presented. Special attention is paid to the study of horizontal and vertical integration, namely their theoretical definition, the interrelation with each other, and also their principal differences and role in agrointegration are reflected. Detailed characteristics of forms of agrointegration are given. The concept and essence of agroholding are studied, its peculiarities are considered as Agrointegration we have found out that agroholding is the main form of agrointegration, because in this case the organizations have more opportunities for the investment of both domestic and foreign investments. As one of the most significant disadvantages of agroholding, as Agrointergation is presented damage to agricultural lands used in production. Further in the article the analysis of positive, negative aspects of agrocluster, creation of clusters of agro-production is one of the main-ditch, which promotes growth of competitiveness Businesses in the industry. According to the results of the research, we have identified the positive and negative features of agrointegration, a number of problems have been clarified, recommendations for their elimination are given.
