Peculiarities of the use of precision feeders with polyethylene tips for calibration of oxygen gauges

The phenomenon of decrease in concentration of sodium sulfite solution due to its interaction with the internal surface of the polyethylene tip of precision feeder has been studied. It has been shown, that less than for 30 min of such an interaction the concentration of sodium sulfite was reduced approximately on 20 % with the subsequent stabilization.
