Features of the use of specialized knowledge during the investigation of crimes related to the illegal circulation of municipally owned lands

The article examines the current problem related to the organizational features of the use of special knowledge by law enforcement officers of the Russian Federation. Effective detection and investigation of crimes in the twenty-first century is due to the close integration of the sciences of the criminal law block with the achievements of scientific and technological progress. The main conductor of this interaction in domestic criminal proceedings is criminology, which traditionally combines legal, social and natural science knowledge. The article is devoted to the issues of the current state and criminalistic aspects of the use of special knowledge by an investigator and a forensic expert in the investigation of criminal cases related to the illegal trafficking of land owned by the municipality.
