Features of the changes of lipid peroxidation and platelet membrane structures in acute ischemic stroke

The development of ischemic stroke in patients is accompanied by a significant increase in phospholipase activity and intensification of lipid peroxidation in platelets, depletion of the lipid bilayer by structural phospholipids, a decrease in the alpha-tocopherol content and antioxidant defense enzymes of the cell.
