Α-tocopherolтокоферола introduction (10 mg/kg of body weight) potentiate the growth of cardiointervals variability in all spectral ranges at blockade β 1-adrenoreceptors (atenolol to 2 mg/kg during 7 days), but promotes increase of intensity of heart rhythm at blockade of catecholamines synthesis (alpha metyltyrosine, to 180 mg/kg during 3 days). Decrease in catalase activity and intensity of blood and tissues peroxidation processes, caused by blockade of adrenergetic influences, on the phone of α-tocopherol reception is expressed more weakly. It is supposed that at the base of modulating action of α-tocopherol on effects of β 1-adrenoreceptors blocade and blockade the of catecholamines synthesis lie its membrane stabilizing properties which can potentiate the accelerated formation of tissue sensitization to catecholamines.
