Features of operation of horizontal wells depending on the geological and physical conditions

The paper presents the experience of drilling horizontal wells in the Neocom complex. It is noted that the wide use of horizontal wells is facilitated by the geological and physical conditions of the AS-AB and BS-BV horizons, but the positive effect of horizontal wells on oil recovery is noted only on Achimov and Vikulov objects, characterized by discontinuity and dissection.
