The peculiarities of southural housing of various ethnic groups in the XVIII-XIXth centuries

This article analyzes a wide range of questions which hove to do with the history of establishment of housing of the South Urals in the XVIII - first half XIX-th centuries. The research work covers the peculiarities of national traditions of housing. The formation of their architectural space is examined and the analysis of interaction of cultures and traditions in the formation of architectural space is made in the work. On the basis of the XIXth century eyewitnesses' recollections and archive investigations in the Russian State Historical Archive, the researcher discovers the peculiarities of housing systems.
